The Mount Laurel Sub-Committee was formed on August 21, 2007 with the adoption of Farmingdale Borough Resolution 07-53. The committee has two main responsibilities which include the coordination of all activities surrounding the Borough's compliance with the Mt. Laurel doctrine as defined by the State Legislature and endorsed by the State Supreme Court and to evaluate all new opportunities for the creation of affordable housing.
Meetings are held at the call of the Committee Chair.
